Working hours

Responsibility
- Working with cross functional teams to ensure best process engineering practices are maintained
- Providing production support to both our 6” CMOS and MEMS facilities
- Implementing new products and processes to meet project objectives
- Improving Yields, 8D investigations, FMEA, SPC Cp/Cpk improvements, 5S, Cost reductions and Lean manufacturing
- A great opportunity has arisen for a Process Engineer to join an established, privately owned semiconductor manufacturer, based in Fife, with a reputation for quality products and superior customer service
- Modifying existing processes and procedures to provide practical solutions and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Investigating and resolving process issues
Requirements
- industry experience working in a similar role is essential
- you will be a highly qualified individual educated to degree level, or equivalent
- with a number of years experience, you may be in a shift process role now and looking for the next move in your career or have already had a couple of years experience in your current role and are now looking for a new challenge
- you will certainly need to be an accomplished and effective communicator, a decisive data-driven person with the ability to effect change and the tenacity and passion for continuous improvement
