- degree in Engineering or equivalent
Responsibility
- develop and improve on KPI’s for area of responsibility to track and build on performance
- provide robust and reliable troubleshooting advice in relation to engineering issues
- supporting with new product and equipment introductions
- planning and organising maintenance/support of equipment, including repairs
- providing guidance and training to team members
- enthusiastically leads, manages and motivates the team in the delivery of consistently high standards of product quality, operational excellence, and customer service
- updating work instructions to encourage consistency and reflect new standards of work
- promoting a culture of ‘efficient and stable operations’ and continuous improvement whilst encouraging best practice approaches such as PFMEA and process capability. Leading the use of structured project management and problem-solving approaches
