SELLORS & LETTORS is looking for employees for positions:
- sales and Lettings
- deal with enquiries via the telephone, email and face to face
- maintain our systems database
- arrange the marketing of available sales and lettings properties
- manage tenancy & sales files
- coordinate property maintenance, to include reported issues, routine & regulated maintenance
- register viewing requests and carry out viewings with prospective tenants & buyers
- arrange inspections and carry out inspections
- previous experience of working within estate agency is preferred but not essential
- previous experience of working within a sales position, either face to face or over the phone is preferred but not essential
- marketing/Social media experience is desirable
- excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- have good organisational and IT skills
- hold a full driving licence, with use of own vehicle
- the ability to sell our company services to generate new and repeat business
- the ability to keep abreast of local market conditions and be alert for business opportunities
