Responsibility
provide general administrative support to the office including maintaining stationery levels
assist with file organisation and sales output data
transcribe documents and correspondence accurately
enter outwork hours onto Sage manufacturing system
perform order entry onto sales order system
assist with event planning and coordination
arrange Health & Safety Courses and training
coordinate Engineers and Directors travel arrangements both UK and abroad including Visa applications and liaising with consulates/ embassies to ensure application is accepted
Education
GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
previous experience working in an office setting is essential
knowledge of Sage Accounts would be required
strong organisational skills and attention to detail
excellent written and verbal communication skills
ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
customer service: 2 years
administrative experience: 1 year
