Responsibility
manage all inbound and outbound calls in a proficient and timely manner
to ensure all administration and paperwork is processed efficiently in compliance with the company policy and procedures
responding to emails and calls in a prompt and efficient manner
resolve customer complaints, answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
assisting the clients with the booking process over the telephone and ensure all booking requests are managed and handled in a professional manner
have a thorough knowledge of our company products and services to provide excellent customer support
ensuring payments and related paperwork are explained and assist the customer in completing the booking process, managing their reservations, including making changes or cancellations as needed
Requirements
2-3 years experience of Call Center or similar customer-facing role and in sales ideally within service or hospitality industry is preferred
call Centre
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
prior experience in sales and customer service would be an asset
proven track record of success in sales and customer service is highly desirable
customer focused with strong sales skills and the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
must be well versed with MS Office
proficiency in using CRM software and other sales & customer service tools
