Responsibility

  • manage and lead various team of electricians across various site, providing guidance, and support as needed
  • ensure that all work complies with regulations, and is of hight quality
  • develop and maintain project schedules and ensure that work is completed according to these parameters
  • coordinate and supervise all electrical work on job sites, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
  • raise materials order with suppliers and have them delivered to site in a time frame which suits the site
  • communicate regularly with clients, contractors, director to ensure that projects are progressing smoothly and that any issues or concerns are addressed promptly
  • conduct regular inspections of job sites to ensure that work is being performed safely and correctly
  • maintain accurate records of project progress, including work completed, materials used, and any issues or concerns that arise

Requirements

  • apprentice trained electrician - fully qualified and hold ECS gold card as a minimum or supervisory/ managers card
  • in date SSSTS OR SMSTS Qualification
  • minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical contracting, with at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
  • strong knowledge of regulations, and safety standards
  • excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of electricians
  • strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
