we are looking for a Full time Electricians mate/ improver on a self employed basis to work with us. Must have some electrical knowledge/ experience/ qualifications
new build housing sites
fire alarm systems conventional and addressable
CCTV, Intruder, access control and data installation
hours tend not to be capped each day so plenty of overtime available
we are looking for someone who is committed to stay and grow with the company
rates of pay
we are are looking for someone who is looking for permenant flow of varied work across various site mainly in Leeds, Wakefield, Harrogate, Keighley and Manchester although there are opportunities for working away
£10ph weekdays first 10hrs
£12.50 weekday overtime

manage and lead various team of electricians across various site, providing guidance, and support as needed
ensure that all work complies with regulations, and is of hight quality
develop and maintain project schedules and ensure that work is completed according to these parameters

coordinate and supervise all electrical work on job sites, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
raise materials order with suppliers and have them delivered to site in a time frame which suits the site
communicate regularly with clients, contractors, director to ensure that projects are progressing smoothly and that any issues or concerns are addressed promptly
conduct regular inspections of job sites to ensure that work is being performed safely and correctly
maintain accurate records of project progress, including work completed, materials used, and any issues or concerns that arise
ensure that all equipment, tools, and materials are maintained in good working condition and that all necessary supplies are ordered in a timely manner
provide regular reports to management on project status, including any issues or concerns that arise

apprentice trained electrician - fully qualified and hold ECS gold card as a minimum or supervisory/ managers card
in date SSSTS OR SMSTS Qualification
minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical contracting, with at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
