Responsibility
- support the Head of Commercial Operations with Client’s existing client base and delivering on their flying requirements
- prospecting databases to develop new clients via cold calls, emails and visits
- develop and close new business opportunities
- meet and exceed assigned targets as implemented
- receive and deliver on inbound requests for urgent trip requirements 24/7 from both internal and external clients
- updating Client’s CRM
- organising site visits to client’s hangars for qualified prospects
- work effectively with all departments to ensure bookings and flights are achieved efficiently and on time
Requirements
- excellent written and verbal communication
- ability to develop relationships with new and existing customers
- IT literate with experience of MS Office applications
- experience dealing with UHNWI and VVIP clients
- strong attention to detail
- experience working for a luxury institution
- experience in a sales environment
- the ability to prospect and make cold calls
