Responsibility

  • we are keen to find a suitable temporary receptionist for a client based in Woodall Spa, Lincolnshire
  • this is a temporary position to cover annual leave from 14th September to 29th September 2023
  • meeting and greeting clients
  • answer all incoming calls courteously and clearly, forwarding them to the appropriate departments in a timely manner
  • managing phone calls and correspondence
  • greet all visitors and assist with their inquiries
  • maintaining an organised, welcoming reception area
  • ensure that visitors sign in and out and are informed of Health & Safety policies

Requirements

  • prior experience as a Receptionist
  • current DBS check
  • valid driver's license with the ability to travel between two sites
