Responsibility
- processing and validating customer orders in a timely fashion
- communicating order amendments to the SCL Sales Team to achieve customer order accuracy and processing efficiency
- ensuring the SCL CRM and 3rd party ordering systems are updated with accurate order information
- proactively work with the SCL Sales Teams and SCL Administration Teams to maximize the efficiency of processing times
- requested finance agreements and liaising with the SCL Administration Team to ensure these are processed efficiently
- assist and support the activities of the SCL wider Procurement Department as required
- able to work in a regulated environment always putting our customer needs at the heart of our decision-making processes
- updating the SCL stock system as vehicles are ordered
