Responsibility

  • we are seeking to recruit an ambitious Private Client Solicitor/CILEx
  • the successful candidate will have knowledge of; Wills & Probate, Estate Administration, Power of Attorney, Court of Protection and Tax Planning
  • it would be advantageous to have had some experience in dealing with high-net-worth clients, including agricultural clients
  • although this is preferred, it is not essential
  • this is an exciting role based in beautiful North Devon where creating a good work/life balance is easily achievable
  • there is also the possibility of an experienced Solicitor from a different legal discipline to be considered for retraining in the Private Client Sector and to take on this role
  • what is important for us as a firm is to have the right individual with the right needs and desires that match our expectations for the person fulfilling this role
