Responsibility
- assist the operations team in working closely with the client to understand their needs and inventory requirements
- maintain pick face layouts to ensure adequate capacity and family grouping. Develop and maintain KPI reports for capacity
- to assist the operations team with the efficient completion of their work assignments through hands on leadership
- produce daily cycle count requirements, ensure counts take place, reconcile and communicate variances to customer where appropriate
- assist in the training of employees as required, including all New Employees
- plan and manage any end of year full stock audits
- carry out stock investigations for any stock irregularities, escalate where necessary
- to ensure that the Warehouse is maintained in a clean and orderly manner and corrective action is taken where necessary
Requirements
- experience in client meetings and reviews
- experience in working across multi clients
- experience in supervising people preferred
- able to extract reports from SEKO 360 WMS and present results
- willingness to learn new skills
- leadership with ability to motivate and manage others
- adaptability/ flexibility
- proven ability to coach and develop others
