Responsibility
supervising administrative staff and supporting each department when required to maintain service levels
monitoring dept. reports and phone statistics to ensure they are updated, to provide first class customer service
monitor automated emails to ensure departments are keeping customers informed and checking for any failed receipts
drive departments to achieve installation targets Install reduce down any debts
drive the Customer Service Team to keep all calls at a reasonable level and to promote chargeable services where possible
good at administrative task, producing up to date with correct data and ensuring any missing forms / actions are chased through to completion
filter any complaints into the complaints email inbox or by letter to a Director to provide initial contact , escalating to Senior Managers and Directors only if their input is required
record and manager all complaints via a complaints log for each department and work with the managers and administrators to bring them to a prompt conclusion
