SEHBAC is looking for employees for positions:

Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • supervising administrative staff and supporting each department when required to maintain service levels
  • monitoring dept. reports and phone statistics to ensure they are updated, to provide first class customer service
  • monitor automated emails to ensure departments are keeping customers informed and checking for any failed receipts
  • drive departments to achieve installation targets Install reduce down any debts
  • drive the Customer Service Team to keep all calls at a reasonable level and to promote chargeable services where possible
  • good at administrative task, producing up to date with correct data and ensuring any missing forms / actions are chased through to completion
  • filter any complaints into the complaints email inbox or by letter to a Director to provide initial contact , escalating to Senior Managers and Directors only if their input is required
  • record and manager all complaints via a complaints log for each department and work with the managers and administrators to bring them to a prompt conclusion
