Responsibility
- further, the role would include management of the company’s HR department along with the HR policies and practices
- carrying out day-to-day HR business activities and ongoing development of the companies HR policy and procedure
- A new opportunity has arisen for an aspiring HR Manager to join Seed Environmental Ltd . Seed are one of the leading independent building & environmental remediation and incident response contractors in the UK
- co-ordinating inductions. collating employee documents, overseeing DBS checking and ensuring Licence checking processes
- we are currently seeking an HR Manager, to be based primarily at our head office just outside Newmarket. The role will also offer an amount of flexibility in both hours and homeworking
- reporting to the company directors, the role will entail all aspects of HR administration, co-ordination of the recruitment and on-boarding processes, as well as assisting with various HR projects and activities
- uploading payslips/P45’s, etc…
- working alongside the QHSE department i to maintain the company’s training matrix and records; booking training courses where required
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Requirements
- CIPD qualified
- previous administration experience in a similar HR/ Group Administration role
- current knowledge on employment law with the ability to interpret and enact
- strong communication skills - confidence to liaise with staff at all levels
- attention to detail
- good working knowledge of MS office
- A positive and diligent can-do attitude
- integrity and approachability
