Responsibility
- secured Alarm Systems are looking to recruit a Front of House Concierge to work a main reception desk at our client’s premises. You will be the first point of contact for all visitors to the building, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- any other duties as deemed reasonable by Secured Alarm Systems, our client, or direct requests from other business users in the building
- accepting and storing of parcels until collected. Notifying recipients that they are there and chase when not collected
- deal with general queries, as and when they occur, from members of the public or building users
- to ensure that the highest levels of customer care and service are maintained at all times
- sorting and distribution of all mail to the premises
- to report any incidences that may give cause for concern
- greeting all visitors to the building, notifying the relevant building user that their guest has arrived. Directing visitors to relevant location within the building
