Responsibility
- drive the continuous improvement of automation practices to streamline development workflows and enhance release processes
- champion the implementation and management of automation focussed CI/CD pipelines to automate platform deployment and ensure continuous integration and deployment
- develop and maintain infrastructure as code
- implement and manage containerisation technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes for deploying and scaling applications, emphasising automation
- collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate automation into all aspects of the platform deployment and support lifecycle
- lead the design, development, and implementation of platform automation solutions for deployment, monitoring, and management of on-premise and some cloud infrastructure and services
- stay updated with industry trends and best practices in platform automation, DevOps, and cloud native technologies, and drive their adoption within the organisation
