Responsibility
- first point of contact for customers and residents via telephone and email
- schedule and manage engineer diaries
- liaise with Stock Administrator to ensure engineers have the correct parts for 1st fix
- ensure calls are attended within agreed SLA’s
- update internal software
- update customer portals
- handles queries alongside Contract Manager
- answer telephone calls and log reactive service calls
Requirements
- very good interpersonal / communication skills
- ability to multi-task with strong organisational skills
- strong computer skills in Microsoft software
- ‘Clear thinker’ with an ability to work accurately under pressure
- ability to work as part of a team but also use own initiative
- A logical approach to problem solving
- ability to think ‘outside the box’ to resolve problems
- strong geographical knowledge of the country including postal code areas, main roads and motorways is a major advantage
