Responsibility

  • first point of contact for customers and residents via telephone and email
  • schedule and manage engineer diaries
  • liaise with Stock Administrator to ensure engineers have the correct parts for 1st fix
  • ensure calls are attended within agreed SLA’s
  • update internal software
  • update customer portals
  • handles queries alongside Contract Manager
  • answer telephone calls and log reactive service calls

Requirements

  • very good interpersonal / communication skills
  • ability to multi-task with strong organisational skills
  • strong computer skills in Microsoft software
  • ‘Clear thinker’ with an ability to work accurately under pressure
  • ability to work as part of a team but also use own initiative
  • A logical approach to problem solving
  • ability to think ‘outside the box’ to resolve problems
  • strong geographical knowledge of the country including postal code areas, main roads and motorways is a major advantage
