Responsibility
- CCTV monitoring, taking payments and receiving inbound calls
- remotely connecting to find faults to diagnose and resolve problems with client’s software and networking
- investigating VoIP problems
- work as a team player sharing experiences and knowledge gained with input into a central knowledge base to improve operational efficiencies
- ensure all company policies and procedures are maintained and adhered to at all times
- rotar will be shift work between 6am – 10pm, working a full weekend every 3 weeks
- assist customers with configuration and set-ups on a range of IP CCTV cameras, access control equipment, remote payment terminals
Requirements
- customer service experience desirable but not essential
- must have experience troubleshooting and resolving IT network problems
- must have experience with setting up CCTV services
- must be proactive, independent, reliable and punctual
