Responsibility

  • CCTV monitoring, taking payments and receiving inbound calls
  • remotely connecting to find faults to diagnose and resolve problems with client’s software and networking
  • investigating VoIP problems
  • work as a team player sharing experiences and knowledge gained with input into a central knowledge base to improve operational efficiencies
  • ensure all company policies and procedures are maintained and adhered to at all times
  • rotar will be shift work between 6am – 10pm, working a full weekend every 3 weeks
  • assist customers with configuration and set-ups on a range of IP CCTV cameras, access control equipment, remote payment terminals

Requirements

  • customer service experience desirable but not essential
  • must have experience troubleshooting and resolving IT network problems
  • must have experience with setting up CCTV services
  • must be proactive, independent, reliable and punctual

  • receiving inbound calls from Gym customers and verifying data
  • actively monitoring CCTV, completing regular checks and highlighting any security events - applicants must be extremely vigilant
  • communicating problems with gym owners
