Responsibility
- setting up and breaking down the bar area each day
- serving customers and preparing drinks in a professional and timely manner
- maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bar area
- ensuring stock levels are maintained and replenished when required
- cash handling and operating a till system
- as a Seasonal Bar Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all customers receive a fantastic experience. You will work alongside a team of professionals and report to Bar Management
- following health and safety guidelines and procedures
- engaging with customers and providing excellent customer service
Requirements
- A passion for the drinks industry and a desire to learn and develop your skills

- excellent communication and customer service skills
- hospitality
- previous bar or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential
- bartending
- ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- must be available to work full-time over the 10-week period
