- welcome patients and visitors to the clinic and manage appointment bookings and enquiries
- collaborate with the clinical team to create engaging content for social media and marketing campaigns
- creating relevant and engaging stories for Instagram
- creating unique, creative reels/videos and ideas for Instagram, Tiktok and Facebook
- maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- handle patient enquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- manage social media platforms with a week-by-week/day-to-day and month-by-month analysis, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining a consistent brand voice
- assist with various administrative tasks, including billing and chaperoning
Education
- diploma of Higher Education
Requirements
- minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in a healthcare or wellness setting
- exceptional organisational and time management skills
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- strong knowledge of creative content platforms like Canva
- excellent creativity and knowledge of social media platforms and content creation
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
