- you may have experience in managing and de-escalating behaviours that challenge
- you will have an understanding of assessing risks and safeguarding children and young people from harm
- this role will allow the young people in our care to access community activities
- this role will be ideal for those looking for extra work during school holidays and weekends
- we are interested in speaking with candidates who understand their responsibilities of providing a safe and supportive environment that seeks to promote independence where possible
- you will be an experienced support worker, who understands person centered support and is able to adapt to the needs of your client
- we are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking individuals who have previous experience in supporting young people with complex needs, learning disabilities and challenging behavior. This can be through 1:1, 2:1 or small group work
