- 33. To undertake any other reasonable duties as directed by the owners, in accordance with the setting’s business plan/objectives
- 15. To ensure ALL risk assessments are carried out daily, reviewed and meet with requirements
- to be responsible for admissions in line with the admissions policy
- to be responsible for and to oversee the day-to-day management, staffing, organisation and smooth running of the Nursery
Requirements
- 34. Knowledge, understanding and practical experience of day care for young children
- 35. Knowledge and practical understanding of child development and learning
- 36. Partnership with parents
- 38. Knowledge and ability to create and implement policies and procedures consistent with legislation, regulations, and local requirements
- 39. Able to work independently and to manage own time efficiently
- 40. Ability to create and implement basic systems for child records i.e. Learning Journeys
- nursery experience: 3 years
- childcare: 1 year
