- processing orders on the bespoke stock system
- communicating with Card Reps and Head Office personnel in relation to orders and promotions
- preparing customer orders for delivery according to schedule
- proven working experience in a customer service/support based environment
- team Player with the ability to work across different environments – Office & Warehouse
- dealing with new inventory when deliveries are received
- completing inventory checks and reporting any discrepancies, both stock and operational related
