Requirements

  • have a detailed understanding on various aspects of residential building, from foundations to plumbing all the way to decorating
  • ensure all aspects of health and safety are kept on all sites
  • organise labour and scheduling
  • ensure the quality of work on site is always up to the high standard
  • be responsible for sourcing materials and ensuring minimal wastage on site and reporting back on material cost trends
  • liaise with clients, architects, designers and building control
  • project Management: 3 years
  • manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the project "end to end". Activities to include, but not be limited to, business development, sub-contractor management and site manager duties
