  • input invoices into Sage/Quickbooks and allocation into correct ledger for both Seawood Yachts and Seawood Chandlery and Clothing
  • invoicing
  • produce Reports from the software platforms
  • reconciliation of payments
  • deal with any HMRC reports such as PAYE and VAT
  • yacht Management Accounts
  • credit Control
  • general admin and filing in relation to the accounting side of the business

Requirements

  • accounting: 3 years
