Responsibility
- \* This position is for a gardener
- we are looking for someone to join our friendly team, predominantly working under the supervision of the head gardener
- we will support you along the way
- mowing, strimming, hedges & lawn care
- some pressure washing, weeding & basic labouring will be required at times
- experience is preferable but not necessary if the candidate is eager & willing to learn
- \* Driving license is essential
- we are looking for friendly, enthusiastic & dependable individuals who are willing & able to commit to us as we continue to grow our current client base of over 90+ regular, high-end, coastal clients & properties
Requirements
- however, I can happily supply a van & tools for the right candidate too, providing any & all further support required
- we are growing & have a large number of high end, private clients & gardens
- we have a lovely team of bright & friendly people & we are like family, we aim to enjoy every day
- rates of pay listed are based on a starting salary / hourly rate but will be reviewed or raised dependent on the candidate
- if you have vast amounts of proven experience in all areas then we may consider paying more for the right candidate at the outset
