Responsibility
undertake any reasonable duties as dictated by the Partner that are within skills and capabilities
ensure all invoices are processed to Accounts on the correct day
ensure all documentation is up to date as required by law
to provide timely reporting for all operations, such reports to present actuals/forecast/variances recovery plans, action plans, pricing or any other financial report required
provide timely reports and information as required by other members of the Senior Management Team
to attend training and personal development courses as requested by the company ensuring full and active participation
ensure all Site Specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements for both catering and contractors are completed, communicated and reviewed as required by the Company policy
to communicate, train and document health and safety policy to staff
