Responsibility

  • undertake any reasonable duties as dictated by the Partner that are within skills and capabilities
  • ensure all invoices are processed to Accounts on the correct day
  • ensure all documentation is up to date as required by law
  • to provide timely reporting for all operations, such reports to present actuals/forecast/variances recovery plans, action plans, pricing or any other financial report required
  • provide timely reports and information as required by other members of the Senior Management Team
  • to attend training and personal development courses as requested by the company ensuring full and active participation
  • ensure all Site Specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements for both catering and contractors are completed, communicated and reviewed as required by the Company policy
  • to communicate, train and document health and safety policy to staff
