SEASON CAR RENTAL is looking for employees for positions:
- dealing with the general public and corporate clients on the phone, by email, and in person
- processing payments and ID checks correctly, including pre-authorisation/card details/ credit checks etc

- assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, such as answering and screening phone calls, and responding to emails

- handle basic customer enquiries by telephone and email
- maintain and update various databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems
- process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documentation
- at least 5 GCSE's A-C
- good telephone manner
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor with a positive attitude
- previous experience in an administrative role desirable but not essential
- maintaining good phone etiquette while handling inbound and making outbound sales calls
- using the sales CRM system to produce quotations, maintain job records and details, and processing bookings

- emailing & phoning clients to assist with account/booking updates
- managing drivers on ongoing jobs
