exercise class was enjoyable and helps keep me active as a over 60 years old lady and the price is very acceptable, the coach is very attentive to myself and makes sure I’m not over doing the class movement to keep me safe.

Very high staff turnover, leading to inexperienced staff who are unfamiliar with the course structure and content. My tutor threatened capable students with not progressing unless they complied with her requirements. Teaching quality variable, and often poor.
After having dealings with this company one of the directors still owes me money and has ignored all correspondence from me which speaks volumes about this company. Totally untrustworthy. Avoid this company unless you want to be conned!
