Responsibility
- primary point of contact managing technical relationships with non-grocery clients, providing personalised, proactive support and guidance
- articulate current solutions and how they can solve client problems to audiences who are
- technical and non-technical
- carry out research and analysis with clients identify and quantify needs that a new or
- improved product could deliver for a specific client
- work closely with commercial to assess the clients needs and feature requests with a view to being able to represent this to product. Inputting client use cases, scenarios and feature requirements from the client to product
- this task will require the architect to work with product to develop full product descriptions
- own the Client end to end roadmap working with product to ensure that commercial and our clients are fully aware of what will be delivered and when they will be launched. Work with the client to implement new features
