Responsibility
- you will manage your own diary and attend clients sites, mainly in the South of England
- developing comprehensive risk assessment reports that clearly outline potential risks and hazards, and provide recommendations for reducing or managing these risks
- keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in risk management, and staying informed about market changes and regulations
- conducting risk surveys for commercial properties, including assessing fire and flood risks, identifying potential hazards and vulnerabilities, and making recommendations for risk management strategies
Requirements
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential risks and develop effective risk management strategies
- strong attention to detail to ensure accurate report writing
- the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ideally you will have completed relevant qualifications such as NEBOSH or CII, but those qualified by experience are also suitable
- you will have experience in conducting risk surveys for commercial properties, but we would also consider those from a residential background, that is seeking to progress
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to clients and colleagues in a clear and concise manner
