Responsibility
- experience is preferred but not essential, as the most important factor to us is finding the right person for the role
- to work as part of a 3-person team providing the daily support for all customs matters to our customers
- inputting customs clearances in a timely and accurate manner to ensure minimal delays to the supply chain
- customer support/assistance, answering customer questions and providing guidance where required
- seacon is a UK port based terminal operator conveniently located within the Port of Tilbury and Garston Docks and offers cargo handling, storage and distribution services both to the logistics industry and directly to manufacturers
- assisting departmental charging and invoicing of operational fees
- seacon is one of the UK's largest independent supplier to the paper and pulp industry and handles a range of other commodities, project and general cargoes requiring the same high levels of care, reliability, quality and service
- working alongside our warehouse support team in Tilbury to ensure a smooth operation
