Responsibility
- front line customer support, verbal and written with Amazon, eBay, OnBuy customers
- proactive customer communication ensuring an enjoyable sales experience
- liaise with IT Manager to resolve customer issues
- monitor goods in and purchases – update documentation
- carry out proactive marketing of our IT systems through multiple sales channels including platforms such as LinkedIn
- other duties that may reasonably be expected for the role
