SCS Care are looking for Registered Care Manager with minimum of 3 years of experience and level 5, we are looking for someone who is highly motivated, caring and have good leadership skills, good at smart decision making, grate at multi-tasking and has excellent communication skills
someone who is approachable, ambitious, you need to be able to communicate and listen efficiently, able to manage team and able to resolve problems and conflicts
duties and daily tasks for this role can vary, although most common duties include things like supervising a team of care assistants, writing care plans, monitoring resident health and wellbeing, developing and leading activities for service users, completing patient medical records, recruiting and training staff, ensuring procedural and safety policies are being met, basic budgeting and financial duties, dealing with staff, service users and their families, manage staff rota
this role include you working from office and at times from home, it’s a full time role that requires you working Monday to Friday, you will also be expected to provide emergency cover if required
