  • our client is already an established leader in the Non Food sector
  • also, to be able to provide training and mentorship according to any individual team member’s needs
  • £50,000 Basic, Lucrative Bonus + Benefits
  • the majority of the business comes from a regular flow of inbound calls and although already very successful, the business is very much a reactive business
  • even as a reactive business the sales are growing substantially year on year, however there is much more potential that could be achieved by taking a slightly more proactive approach
  • whatever you do and however you do it, you will be given the autonomy to implement your own ideas
  • we have been briefed to identify and to recruit an accomplished individual to manage the existing telesales team and to take that team up to the next level of productivity
