Responsibility
- engaging with members, customers and suppliers in person and by telephone / email
- maintaining and updating membership records; setting up members’ profile pages on website
- communications – including bulk emailing, dealing with enquiries, handling mail
- updating the website; setting up email accounts; online filing; assisting with social media
- sourcing and implementing IT solutions to streamline work
- updating and maintaining systems associated with the CPD scheme
- assisting with bookkeeping eg processing invoices – experience of using Xero would be helpful
- assisting in maintaining the office as a clean and safe working environment
Education
- 3 or more Highers or HNC/SVQ level 4 in a relevant subject
Requirements
- at least 3 years in an administrative role
- more than 3 years’ experience in an administrative role
