- manage the EMEA wide billing and invoicing process function in a hands-on capacity
- strong knowledge of WIP
- strong experience of ERP billing processes and solutions
- deliver a first-class customer service mindset in the EMEA Billing team
- project management for billing/invoicing related initiatives including delivery of invoices through client e-billing platforms
- recommend and lead process improvements initiatives
- provide technical guidance and support to team members as required
- MUST HAVE - Proven experience as a Billing Manager in a Professional Services , or similar internationally focused billing organisation environment
