Responsibility

  • manage the EMEA wide billing and invoicing process function in a hands-on capacity
  • strong knowledge of WIP
  • strong experience of ERP billing processes and solutions
  • deliver a first-class customer service mindset in the EMEA Billing team
  • project management for billing/invoicing related initiatives including delivery of invoices through client e-billing platforms
  • recommend and lead process improvements initiatives
  • provide technical guidance and support to team members as required
  • MUST HAVE - Proven experience as a Billing Manager in a Professional Services , or similar internationally focused billing organisation environment
