- delegate duties and tasks to staff to meet objectives and maximise resources
- set and monitor quality and service standards for staff
- communicate company policy, standards and procedures to staff
- resolve customer complaints promptly and calmly
Requirements
- experience in the management of a busy bar or beverage service operation ideally in weddings/venue based
- complete working knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails
- cellar management and ordering both for the bar and drinks packages
- knowledge of basic accounting procedures
