Responsibility
- we are currently looking for CNC Millers for a client based in Fife
- set up and operate Fanuc 3-Axis CNC milling machines
- you will operate and program CNC milling machines, ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the production process
- interpret engineering drawings and program CNC machines accordingly
- select and install appropriate tooling and fixtures
- monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain tolerances and quality
- conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
- inspect finished components for accuracy and quality
Requirements
- proven experience operating and programming Fanuc 3-Axis CNC milling machines
- proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- strong knowledge of machining processes and tool selection
- attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality components
- ability to work independently and in a team environment
- good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues
- strong communication skills
- willingness to work flexible hours as needed
