Requirements

  • you’ll have demonstrable experience working with vulnerable older adults and ideally some experience managing and developing skills within a team

  • you’ll be a role model for excellent support, who can inspire others and enable them to achieve their goals
  • A confident problem solver and creative thinker with good communication skills, you’ll have resilience to overcome challenges
  • you’ll have an up-to-date knowledge of legislation and quality standards
  • directly working with vulnerable older adults: 2 years
  • directly working with vulnerable adults: 2 years
  • A relevant social care and management qualification is highly desirable

Responsibility

  • co-ordinate the daily provision of support and activities for people we support to ensure the delivery of a high quality, responsive and efficient service
  • you will be key in coordinating daily affairs of the team’s logistical needs relating to the direction and organization of the team
  • you will support the on-call phone service and take part in the on call rota
