you’ll have demonstrable experience working with vulnerable older adults and ideally some experience managing and developing skills within a team

you’ll be a role model for excellent support, who can inspire others and enable them to achieve their goals
A confident problem solver and creative thinker with good communication skills, you’ll have resilience to overcome challenges
you’ll have an up-to-date knowledge of legislation and quality standards
directly working with vulnerable older adults: 2 years
directly working with vulnerable adults: 2 years
A relevant social care and management qualification is highly desirable
Responsibility
co-ordinate the daily provision of support and activities for people we support to ensure the delivery of a high quality, responsive and efficient service
you will be key in coordinating daily affairs of the team’s logistical needs relating to the direction and organization of the team
you will support the on-call phone service and take part in the on call rota
