with sites strategically located throughout the UK, we have an exciting opportunity at our site in Inverurie for a Receptionist/HR Administrator to join our team
as Receptionist/HR Administrator you will be responsible for managing all aspects of daily reception duties and HR Administrative tasks working closely alongside the company HR Advisor and Head of People
managing all office equipment and arranging maintenance of equipment as required
answering incoming calls and taking messages as needed
site visitors sign in and out
regular upkeep of trackers including sickness monitoring; weekly staff registers; and current employee lists
