  • at Scotbeef Ltd, we are a family-owned business with more than 100 years of experience in supplying high-quality meat products to the UK retail sector, foodservice and export markets
  • with sites strategically located throughout the UK, we have an exciting opportunity at our site in Inverurie for a Receptionist/HR Administrator to join our team
  • as Receptionist/HR Administrator you will be responsible for managing all aspects of daily reception duties and HR Administrative tasks working closely alongside the company HR Advisor and Head of People
  • managing all office equipment and arranging maintenance of equipment as required
  • answering incoming calls and taking messages as needed
  • site visitors sign in and out
  • regular upkeep of trackers including sickness monitoring; weekly staff registers; and current employee lists
