- at Scotbeef Ltd, we are a family-owned business with more than 100 years of experience in supplying high-quality meat products to the UK retail sector, foodservice and export markets
- with sites strategically located throughout the UK, we have an exciting opportunity at our site in Inverurie for a Receptionist/HR Administrator to join our team
- as Receptionist/HR Administrator you will be responsible for managing all aspects of daily reception duties and HR Administrative tasks working closely alongside the company HR Advisor and Head of People
- managing all office equipment and arranging maintenance of equipment as required
- answering incoming calls and taking messages as needed
- site visitors sign in and out
- regular upkeep of trackers including sickness monitoring; weekly staff registers; and current employee lists

- excellent communication skills at all levels
- demonstrate initiative to proactively deal with problems before they escalate
