- producing Management Accounts with a high level of accuracy for multiple sites
- full balance sheet reconciliations, particularly around inventory, labour costing and work-in-progress
- analysing the month – end financial position and making appropriate adjustments if necessary in line with internal procedures
- develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels within the group
- supporting the preparation of regular and ad hoc financial data and variance analysis on a monthly basis
- deep dive into financial data and become a subject matter expert, providing additional insights
- helping to provide support and training within the finance team
- identify and understand business challenges and create solutions
