- the successful candidate will be mainly focusing on the EMEA region with some exposure to the Americas as well

- creating loyal Scoro users through outbound sales activities to help grow and develop our presence internationally
- reporting to our Business Development Manager, you’ll work closely with Account Executives and the marketing team

- making a great first impression on our potential customers by providing them with a world-class experience
- to be successful in this role, you do not necessarily need to have previous experience in sales
- building prospect lists for companies and leads that fit our ideal customer profile and buyer personas
- we are looking for a highly energetic and passionate Business Development Representative to join Scoro’s brilliant sales team in London and play a critical role in expanding our presence in the market
- using different outbound channels to contact and engage with leads, including email, cold calls, LinkedIn and video
- experience in reaching goals and hitting key deliverables is a bonus but not a must
- pitching Scoro’s main uniqueness and benefits to prospects to convert them to qualified opportunities
- as part of our team, your mission will be to lead and coach a diverse group of BDR representatives with a primary focus on generating outbound leads on a global scale
- utilizing Social Selling techniques to expand the network and open up new opportunities
- this position offers an exciting chance for a proactive and dynamic professional who excels in a fast-paced SaaS environment and possesses outstanding leadership abilities
- collaborating with teams in the UK and EMEA and Scoro partners across the world
- based in either London, Tallinn, or Riga, you will report directly to the VP of Sales, contributing to the overall success of our sales initiatives
- additionally, you will actively participate in the recruitment process, conduct regular one-on-one catch-up sessions, and leverage these interactions to identify areas for individual development and continuously improve the team’s performance
- driving conversion: By turning sales qualified leads into new customers, you will actively aid in Scoro’s growth
- fostering team culture: You will promote a positive and high-performing team culture, encouraging collaboration and motivation among BDR team members
- managing a team of BDRs: You will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the team, offering coaching, mentoring, and support to enhance their skills and performance
