Responsibility
monitoring and ordering critical spares for all electrical services

Responsibility
coordinate vehicle preparation, including liaising with workshops, organising branding, and overseeing the off hire of surplus and end of life vehicles
source new vehicles aligned with business needs, negotiate with suppliers, and manage paperwork, payments, and delivery
schedule and audit fleet maintenance, including servicing, MOTs, and repairs
handle insurance matters, accident claims, and compliance tasks such as parking, congestion charging, and tracking reports
maintain and update fleet-related data on in-house systems, manage parking apps, congestion charging and penalty charge notices / appeals
proactively engage with Scope engineers and develop strategies for optimising fleet efficiency
able to work at our Head Office on Team Valley, Monday to Friday 08.00-17.00 + travel to other locations as required
Requirements
hands on experience in a fleet- or vehicle-related role
solid experience in an administrative role, highlighting proficiency in planning and coordinating various activities, actions, and records
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, alongside a proactive approach
