Responsibility
- deliver mobility scooters to customers across Preston and the surrounding areas
- provide on-site technical support and repairs to customers, ensuring their mobility scooters are functioning safely and efficiently
- maintain accurate records of all service and repair work carried out
- conduct pre-delivery inspections and testing of mobility scooters
- assist with stock management and inventory control
- communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, providing excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
- valid UK driving licence
- experience in mechanical or electrical engineering, preferred
- training to diagnose and repair technical faults
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- good organisational skills and attention to detail
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- willingness to work flexible hours
