generate new business and develop existing accounts as required
develop detailed product knowledge and an in depth understanding of the UK retail and industrial packaging market
building sustainable relationships with repeat buyers and large accounts
identifying opportunities to promote additional business through existing accounts
to generate your own leads through various in-house methods, creating a pipeline of clients
identifying Target Prospects: conducting market research and discovering new clients
researching new contacts, to ensure lead generation, developing new business by targeting accounts, new markets, and outlets and developing relationships with key accounts
basic Salary of £22,000 Per Year with realistic OTE of £60,000
Requirements
at least 2 years sales experience preferably with a proven track record in B2B sales or the Wholesale/Distribution industry
you will have experience in cold calling and lead generation
proven track record of successful new business development
excellent level of literacy, numeracy and IT skills
strong communication and negotiation skills
self motivated and driven to achieve

warehouse operative
Responsibility
receive, check, and store incoming goods accurately and efficiently
pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
operate warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks and forklifts
conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records
ensure the warehouse is kept clean, tidy, and organised at all times
follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
assist with loading and unloading deliveries as required
Requirements
previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is advantageous
forklift licence
familiarity with warehouse management systems or stock tracking software is a plus
strong attention to detail and accuracy
good organisational and time management skills
ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
physical fitness to handle manual tasks and lift heavy items when required
basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management
