- £25,000 to £30,000 full-time equivalent. Exact working hours to be discussed
- installing, configuring, and maintaining network equipment such as firewalls, switches, and routers
- providing technical support to end-users via phone, email or in-person
- the successful candidate should have ICT-related qualifications and experience as well as experience working within a school environment
- tracking and documenting issues reported
- they should also have excellent interpersonal skills, being flexible and positive in their role
- collaborating with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements
- relevant IT related qualifications preferred
- experience working in a school environment
- strong knowledge of IT hardware and networking, excellent troubleshooting techniques
- experience with Windows desktop and server operating systems
- experience with network equipment configuration and management
- good practical skills desirable
- full UK driving license and own vehicle
