  • ensure there are effective and appropriate financial controls in place and being adhered to

  • to ensure that the CIC fulfils all its legal, statutory and regulatory responsibilities
  • to ensure the CIC maintains sufficient and suitable insurances to cover the breath of its activities
  • ensuring high-quality governance
