Responsibility
- manage the collection of outstanding debts from customers, both individuals and companies, through phone calls, emails, and letters
- monitor customer accounts, ensuring payments are received on time and in full
- work closely with our sales team to resolve any disputes or issues related to outstanding debts and overdue payments
- issue Statements of Account
- resolve queries in a proficient and timely manner
- perform account reconciliations and cash allocations of Client Accounts
- ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements
- two years’ experience as a credit controller
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- highly proficient in Xero accounting software
- strong attention to detail and accuracy
- the ability to prioritise own workload
- credit control: 2 years
- xero: 1 year
