Responsibility
- oversee and conduct order picking, packing and despatch activities to achieve expected premium service and quality levels
- monitor and conduct processing of customer returns accurately and promptly
- instruct, oversee, and carry out replenishment activities of storage locations within the Warehouse to ensure optimum efficiency
- ensure customer product sample requests are fulfilled timely and to a high standard
- carry out other duties and support other departments as deemed necessary
- oversee and conduct receipt of goods from suppliers, ensuring quality control and accuracy of goods received
- deputise for Warehouse Manager in their absence – including the additional responsibilities of stock management of Schlüter-Systems product, Warehouse consumables and raising accurate purchase orders
Requirements
- strong communication skills
- well organised
- previous experience in supervising small teams
- use of corporate email packages
- counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence
- proficient in the use of MS Office
- keen attention to detail
- multi-tasking skills and able to work to deadlines
