- inspect scaffolding for stability and structural integrity
- ensure scaffolding is properly leveled and secured
- collaborate with team members to coordinate scaffold construction and dismantling
- follow blueprints, diagrams, and instructions to fabricate customized scaffolding solutions
- weld or join scaffolding components as needed
Requirements
- proficient in using hand tools and power tools for scaffold assembly
- knowledge of different scaffold types, including frame scaffolds, system scaffolds, and suspended scaffolds
- ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and instructions for scaffold fabrication
- strong understanding of safety regulations and guidelines for working at heights
- experience in welding or joining scaffold components is a plus
- excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
